Every industry eventually reaches a moment when it has to decide what it is actually for. Transportation began as a way to get people where they needed to be — and the people who made that possible were the point.
Over time, that focus shifted. Platforms grew larger, profits scaled higher, and the people doing the daily work of moving the city became inputs in a system designed around something else.
The costs of a life on the road — fuel, vehicle payments, insurance, maintenance, cleaning, taxes, depreciation — kept climbing, while the share of a fare that stayed with the person driving quietly kept shrinking.
Nxus was created to challenge that model.

I don't believe everything in life should be about money.
I believe people deserve the opportunity to live. To spend time with their families. To take a vacation. To build a future. To come home from work without feeling like they sacrificed their entire life just to survive.
My inspiration comes from the simple idea that humanity should take care of humanity. Jesus Christ taught a message centered around helping people, serving others, compassion, and putting human beings before wealth and power. Whether someone shares my beliefs or not, I believe those principles are worth remembering.
I am just one person trying to make sense of a world where so many people are struggling while enormous corporations continue to grow. I can't simply ignore it.
I have spent months developing Nxus because I believe technology can be used for something bigger than profit.
Nxus is my attempt to create something different. A rideshare platform where drivers are treated as people, not numbers. Where riders are treated with respect. Where technology works for humans instead of humans constantly working for technology. And where success is measured by more than how much money a company makes.
My long-term vision goes beyond rides. If Nxus succeeds, I want to use that success to explore ways to help build more affordable housing opportunities for drivers and their families.
